These are the notes I had from the first production meeting (1st November):

Goat and Tricycle 1 week, Winton Boys Brigade 2 weeks and University 1 week.

in furniture for rehearsing.

the doors swing both ways, cladding, double skinned.

Register is part of the set rather than the props.

garden hinge back.

and Tricycle 10am 12th November, design presentations.
These are my notes from the production meeting today:
Screen needs decoration both sides. What kind of fabric is this? Use the one they are using for rehearsals.
Lights on the tables (tea lights) and menu.
8 chairs, do we have these in props store, designer has to approve.
Cover the counter with fabric. The director doesn't want it to be silver on top.
Constructing Monday/Tuesday (week beginning 26th) Painting Wednesday till Friday.
Can we get the tables out of the doors, use the tables they rehearsed with-measurements.
Finish of the floor changed. Painting finishes at the interior then it goes to cobble stones and then fades to black. Planks for floor, might look like a sauna?
Monday morning mark out the set in the Winton Boys Brigade.
8 chairs wooden with no arms. Bentwoods, cafe style.
Tea lights and birthday candles needed.
